As 2011 North Yorkshire Tye Trophy winners, we are hosting a walkabout about on Saturday, 23rd June 2012.
The walkabout is targeted at farmers interested in conservation as well as people involved in the Wetlands Project. If you want to come and see what we and the lapwings are up to, we will be hosting a walkaround along with Yorkshire Conservation and Farming, details as follows:
Saturday 23rd June 2012, meeting at Brunetona, Potter Brompton, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 4PE (see google map below).
2.10pm: Intro by Keith Poole (YC&F committee member)
2.15pm: Description of the program by Andrew and Helen Wrigley
2.25pm: Off to see the Wetlands
2.40pm: Andrew Wrigley introduces Chris Bradshaw. Chris conducts the bird surveys for the Wetlands Project.
4.30pm: Back to Brunetona for round up of visit and light refreshments.
